How to reset WiFi & Password for Sensibo ElementsUpdated 5 months ago
You will need to reset the password on the Sensibo Elements device in these instances:
- You changed your network WiFi name
- You changed your network WiFi password
- You moved the Sensibo Elements device to a new location
After doing one of the above you will need to reset the WiFi profiles on Sensibo in order to allow it to connect to the new network.
You may reset the WiFi by removing Sensibo Elements from the stand and by inserting a pin in the hole found on the top left-hand side of the device. Press and hold for five seconds. The device will start blinking and follow the in-app instructions to reconnect the device to WiFi.
