An error of one of our developers caused the sending of some random reset password emails to other users. We spotted the problem and fixed it within 10 minutes. No substantial private information was revealed (except for a few private names) and your data security was at no point at risk.

You don't need to change your password or do anything.

If you are among the handful of users whose first name was revealed, or if we flooded your inbox with unrelated messages, please accept our deepest apology.

We value your privacy and we are putting a lot of resources in ensuring the integrity and safety of all the data on our platform. I am happy to say that our team's swift response and the mechanisms we've put in place  prevented any real damage during this incident. Nonetheless we are studying what happened to ensure that such things will not occur again in the future.
