AC Does Not Respond to Sensibo

What to Try First

  1. Make sure there is a clear line of sight between the Sensibo device and the AC
  2. The black glossy part of the Sensibo device should face your AC unit
  3. Place the Sensibo device closer to the AC, at about 1 meter / 3 feet
  4. Try a different position for placing Sensibo
  5. For testing purposes, try to hold Sensibo very close to the A/C unit and see if it reacts
  6. You can use a standard phone power bank if it helps with positioning tests

Remote Configuration Issue

If the positioning adjustments don’t resolve the issue, the problem might be with the remote control configuration. The detected remote control might not match your AC unit perfectly.

In this case, you’ll need to select a different remote configuration for your AC unit.
