HomeKit for Sensibo Air PRO

This guide will help you set up your Sensibo Air PRO with HomeKit. After setup, you’ll be able to control modes (Off, Heat, Cool & Auto) and adjust temperature settings.

Note: HomeKit does not currently support fan levels and horizontal or vertical swing functions.

Remote Access Requirements

To control your device when away from home, you’ll need:

• A home hub device (one of the following):
  • HomePod
  • HomePod mini
  • Apple TV
  • iPad (not supported as a home hub on the new Home architecture)
• Two-factor authentication enabled on your iCloud account
• The home hub device must remain powered on and connected at your home

Setup Instructions

1. Access Device Settings

Open the Sensibo app and navigate to your Sensibo Air PRO device settings.

2. Select HomeKit Option

In the settings menu, locate and select “Apple HomeKit”.

3. Get Setup Code

You’ll see your accessory name and setup code. Write down the setup code - you’ll need it for the HomeKit app.

Note: Your actual QR code, accessory name, and setup code will be unique to your device.

4. Open Home App

Exit the Sensibo app and open the Home app on your iPhone. You can add your accessory by:

• Tapping the ”+” in the top right corner, or
• Selecting the add option in the accessories box

5. Select Your Device

Ensure your Sensibo Air PRO is powered on and nearby. Look for your device in the available accessories list.

6. Enter Setup Code

Enter the 8-digit setup code you noted down earlier.

7. Choose Room

Select an existing room or create a new one for your device.

8. Name Your Device

Choose the suggested name or create a custom name for your thermostat.

9. Start Using HomeKit

You can now control your Sensibo Air PRO through Apple HomeKit, adjusting modes and temperature as needed.

10. Quick Access

Add your device to Home favorites for convenient access from your iPhone’s home screen.
