LED Blinking Patterns
The LED indicator on your Sensibo device communicates important information about its connection status. Here’s a detailed guide to understanding what each blinking pattern means:
LED Pattern Guide
No Blinking
- Device is successfully connected to the Sensibo server
- This is the normal state during regular operation
One Blink (Every 2 Seconds)
- Device is in setup mode
- Action needed: Launch the Sensibo app and follow the setup wizard
- The wizard will help you provide WiFi network credentials
Two Blinks (Every 2 Seconds)
- Device is attempting to connect to your router
- If stuck at this stage:
- Check if the WiFi password is correct
- Verify you’re not trying to connect to a 5GHz network (not supported)
Three Blinks (Every 2 Seconds)
- Device is connected to router but cannot find the server
- If stuck at this stage:
- Check your DNS configuration
- Ensure your router can resolve domain names
Four Blinks (Every 2 Seconds)
- Device is either:
- Connecting to the server, or
- Performing a firmware update
- If stuck at this stage for more than a few minutes:
- Verify ports 80 and 443 are open to sensibo.com
- Check for firewalls blocking the connection
