How to Replace Filters on Sensibo Pure

When to Replace Your Filters

Your Sensibo Pure filters should be replaced approximately every 6 months, depending on usage and air quality conditions. The Sensibo app will notify you when it’s time to replace your filters.

Filter Replacement Guide

Steps:

1. Power Off: Turn off and unplug your Sensibo Pure device
2. Remove Front Panel: Gently pull the front panel to remove it
3. Remove Old Filters: Take out both the pre-filter and the HEPA filter with activated carbon
4. Insert New Filters: Install the new filters in the correct order:
   • HEPA filter with activated carbon (inner)
   • Pre-filter (outer)
5. Replace Front Panel: Reattach the front panel
6. Power On: Plug in and turn on your device
7. Reset Filter Life: In the Sensibo app, reset the filter life indicator

Tip

Keep your replacement filters in their sealed packaging until you’re ready to install them to maintain their effectiveness.

Filter Types

Sensibo Pure uses a 3-phase filtration system:

• Pre-filter: Captures large particles
• True HEPA filter: Removes 99.97% of particles as small as 0.3μm
• Activated carbon filter: Absorbs odors and harmful gases

Tip

For optimal performance, always use genuine Sensibo Pure replacement filters.

Maintenance

• Ensure the device is unplugged before maintenance.
• Do not immerse the air purifier in water or any liquid.
• Do not use abrasive, corrosive or flammable cleansers (such as bleach or alcohol) to clean any part of the unit.
• Do not wash the filter.
• Do not use a vacuum cleaner to clean the filter.
• Don’t spill any water or liquids when cleaning the air outlet to avoid damage.

Cleaning & Storage

1. Ensure the device is powered off and unplugged.
2. Use a soft cloth with neutral cleanser to clean away any dust or debris from the surface of the machine and air inlet/outlet.
3. After the device is completely dry, plug it back into the power.
4. If you do not use it for a long time, please turn on the device for a few minutes from time to time.
